The five techniques
I teach the following techniques in a one day course – or in two half days on request. After the training you will receive a course booklet that clearly describes all the applications. I also offer regular virtual training evenings where you can practice the techniques and exchange ideas in the group. Please check my upcoming BodyTalk Access Trainings.
1. Improves brain activity
Memory, concentration, and healthy sleep are stimulated
by the Cortices technique.
2. Creates relaxation
Stress limits brain coordination, which can manifest itself in various symptoms such as mood swings. The switching technique can help strengthen the balance of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system.
3. Optimizes hydration
All physiological body processes depend on a good water supply. Even if we drink a lot of water, the body may not always use it optimally. Transport through the cell membranes is often impaired. The hydration technique balances the water intake.
4. Strengthens the immune system
Imbalances can weaken the immune system.
The Body Chemistry technique can correct this imbalance and strengthen the defence against viruses and harmful bacteria, as well as alleviate allergies and intolerances.
5. Promotes mobility
The stimulation of reciprocal pairs – reciprocal means mutual – can restore the functioning of the musculoskeletal system. This has a positive effect on coordination and spinal problems as well as on chronic pain.

As a standalone technique, the so-called Fast Aid can help address minor injuries or calm the physiological nervous system in extreme situations. In this way, it quickly helps in emergencies until medical care arrives.
In this video John Veltheim, founder of BodyTalk, explains one of the central techniques of the BodyTalk Access Training: The Cortices technique harmonizes the body-mind complex, reduces stress and stimulates the body's ability to self-regulate.
